The Retreat uses just about every media option available to keep residents informed.

The bi-monthly Newsletter is distributed in the Mail Room.

Residents have the option to sign up for email broadcasts that are only used for immediate announcement of meetings, events or information.

A Resident Directory is produced annually, containing the name, address, telephone number and email address of each resident who asks to be included.

Topic Bulletin Boards are mounted in the Mail Room and frequently include signup sheets for activities. There are boards for Women's Club, community events, Board of Directors information, items for sale, and a board that contains the business cards for resident professionals.

Open Board/Town Hall meetings are held on an as-needed basis or at least yearly. There were six meetings held in 2013.

The Website, as you can see, provides abundant information on all aspects of the Retreat.
