BOARD OF DIRECTORS - 2023
The HOA board, elected for two-year terms by the membership at our annual meeting in February, is responsible for all operations in The Retreat and for the enforcement of the Community-Wide Standard as espoused in our governing documents. They are assisted by full-time management and various organizational committees. The Board retains and consults with professionals in the legal, engineering, financial, and HOA management fields as needed.

The Homeowners Association, through the Board of Directors, contracts with Signature Property Management (SPM) of Stuart and Port St. Lucie to manage the day-to-day operations of The Retreat. SPM provides consultation on HOA matters, financial and budgetary management; they assist in oversight for our annual meeting and provide dedicated Property Management. SPM also manages work orders and quarterly dues assessment payments.
