BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The five member board, elected for two-year terms by the membership at our annual meeting in February, is responsible for all operations in The Retreat and for the enforcement of the Community-Wide Standard as espoused in our governing documents. They are assisted by a full-time property manager and various organizational committees. The Board retains and consults with professionals in the legal, engineering, financial, and HOA management fields as needed.
The HomeOwners Association, through the Board of Directors, contracts with Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (CRA) of West Palm Beach to manage the day-to-day operations of The Retreat. CRA provides consultation on HOA matters, financial and budgetary management; they assist in oversight for our annual meeting and provide a dedicated on-site Property Manager. CRA also manages work orders and quarterly dues assessment payments.
Brenda Katherine Balliache - Property Manager (PM)The Retreat has a full time on-site property manager. The office is located in the Clubhouse. Outside entrance is on the right (tennis court) side of the clubhouse building. The manager is on site Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. handling the day-to-day business of the HOA
Residents can meet with the PM without an appointment any Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Outside of these hours,the manager can be reached by Email at email@example.com or phone: 772-546-6112 to answer any questions you may have or to set up an appointment at a time that works for both of you.
